easyhome Ltd. “Enter to Win $5000” Contest (the "Contest")
BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS CONTEST ALL ENTRANTS AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE RULES.
THE CONTEST:
The Contest runs from 12:01 a.m. (ET) on February 21st, 2012 to 11:59 p.m. (ET) April 30th, 2011 (the "Contest Period") at all participating locations for easyhome Ltd. and its affiliated companies (“easyhome Ltd. ”).

THE PRIZE(S):
There is one (1) prize of $5000 (the “Prize”). This contest is open to residents of Canada, except Quebec. All dollar amounts in these rules are in Canadian dollars.
The Prize must be accepted as awarded; no substitution, transfer or conversion will be allowed, unless at the sole discretion of easyhome Ltd. easyhome Ltd. may substitute a Prize for another prize which is, in easyhome Ltd.'s sole opinion, of equal or greater value. Any additional costs incurred in using the Prize are the winner's responsibility. Winner is subject to the terms and conditions applicable to the Prize.
TO ENTER:
No loan agreement, purchase or agreement necessary. To be entered into the contest you must complete the online entry form or go to a participating easyhome Ltd. to complete the online entry form. To view contest details go online to www.easyhome.ca/win.
If for any reason, (including infection by computer virus, bugs, worms, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the control of Sponsor, that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Contest, or the odds of winning), and this Contest is not capable of being conducted as described in these Official Rules, Sponsor shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Contest, and select the prize winners from eligible entries received prior to action taken, or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to prosecute any fraudulent entries to the fullest extent of the law.
There is a maximum of one (1) entry per entrant, regardless of method of entry.
ELIGIBILITY:
To be eligible to be entered into the contest and/or to win, you must be a resident of Canada (Excludes the province of Quebec), who has reached the age of majority in the province or territory in which you reside as of the beginning of the Contest Period. Employees (and their immediate family members) of the Sponsor, its parent and affiliated companies, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies and any and all other companies associated with this Contest (“Contest Entities”) and the employees, agents, officers, directors, and their immediate families (parent, siblings, children and spouse) and persons residing in the same household (whether related or not) of such employees are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. All entries become the property of
easyhome Ltd. and none will be returned;
easyhome Ltd. assumes no responsibility for lost, delayed, destroyed or misdirected entries. The
easyhome Ltd. Contest Administrator will contact only those persons whose names are drawn.
THE DRAWS:
On May 7th, 2012 at 12:00 p.m. (ET) or shortly thereafter, a random draw will be conducted to award the Prize. To enter the contest, customers will input their contact information on a dedicated and protected site. A random name will be drawn and a witness will be present when this draw takes place.
TO WIN:
If your name is drawn, you must correctly answer, unaided, a time limited, skill testing question, which will be administered by
easyhome Ltd. Contest Administrator in a pre-arranged telephone interview. If the Contest Administrator is not able to contact you, or to administer the skill testing question within ten (10) business days of contacting you, or if you answer the skill testing question incorrectly, you will be disqualified and the Contest Administrator will select another entrant from the applicable draw pool for a chance to win. Potential winners will also be required to complete, sign and return a Publicity/Liability Release within seven (7) days after notification or prize may be forfeited. All taxes and any other expenses on the receipt and use of prize are solely the responsibility of the winner.
PRIZE CLAIM DEADLINE:
Prizes that are not claimed by within ten (10) business days after notification will be forfeited.
GENERAL:
easyhome Ltd. reserves the right to modify, cancel or suspend the Contest, including, but not limited to, interrupting and resuming the Contest for technical errors or glitches that impact the Contest, in whole or in part and without notice to entrants if easyhome Ltd. determines in its sole discretion that for any reason the Contest cannot be run as originally planned or if fraud or any other occurrence compromises the fairness or integrity of the contest. Should the Contest terminate before the end of the Contest Period, easyhome Ltd. may award the prize in a random draw from all entries received until the date the Contest terminated.
If, as a result of an error relating to the entry process, drawing or any other aspect of the Contest, there are more potential winners of Prizes than contemplated by these rules, there will be a random draw amongst all eligible Prize claimants after the draw date to award the Prize as set out above.
All matters in relation to the Contest and the awarding of the Prize, including without limitation the eligibility of entrants, the declaration of a winner and any entrant's compliance with the contest rules, will be determined in the sole discretion of easyhome Ltd. , whose decision in all such matters is final.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
By participating in the Contest, you (a) consent to the use, in the event you are winner, of his/her name, likeness, image, voice, hometown, and biographical information in advertising, trade and promotion, including on the Internet or via wireless application protocol, including, if applicable, disclosure of the fact that you are an easyhome Ltd. customer and (b) agree to release and indemnify easyhome Ltd. and any of its affiliates and agencies, officers and employees from any and all losses, expenses (including legal fees), damages and claims of any kind in connection with this contest or resulting from the acceptance, possession or use of any prize including, without limitation, any loss, personal injury, death, property damage or claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy.
By entering this Contest, you agree to be bound by these Contest Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final. easyhome Ltd. , the Contest Administrator and their respective subsidiaries and affiliates, officers, directors, employees, shareholders and representatives, advertising, and promotional agencies and legal advisors (the "Released Parties") are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (ii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed Contest entries or Contest entry transmissions; (iii) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Sponsor that may cause the Contest to be disrupted or corrupted; (iv) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with an entrant's participation in the Contest, or as a winner participating in any part of the Prize; (v) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest; (vi) the unavailability of any entry mechanism becomes unavailable during the Contest Period; or (vii) any damage to any computer resulting from playing, entering or downloading any materials as part of the Contest.
PRIVACY:
By entering this Contest, entrants agree to provide such personal information necessary for the administration of this Contest, which will be used in accordance with
easyhome Ltd.'s Privacy Policy found at www.easyhome.ca/privacy. Personal information supplied by entrants will be used by the Sponsor for marketing purposes only if the entrant has expressly opted-in to receive more information from the Sponsor in conjunction with his/her participation in this Contest. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy and terms of service. Entrants who do not comply with these Official Rules or attempt to interfere with this Contest in any way shall be disqualified. The use of automated entry devices or any other conduct that impedes the integrity of the Contest is prohibited. Contest is subject to all federal, provincial and local laws and regulations.
